At Weego Babycarrier, we want you and your baby to feel completely comfortable with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange your carrier within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unwashed condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Carrier

  Place the unwashed Weego carrier and all original accessories back into the original packaging to ensure it stays protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
